Frequently asked questions with the pricing for our SEO and digital agency services.
For package orders: After you place an order, we'll send you the first draft of your new CV. Once you view and are satisfied with the progress on your CV, we ask that you make payment. We'll then provide up to two additional revisions of your CV and complete any additional services that you ordered (e.g. cover letter, LinkedIn profile). For all other orders (individual services / returning clients): You pay when placing an order.
Most orders take 3-5 days to complete the first draft. However, you have the option to expedite your order. Expediting your order costs £30 (paid up-front). We guarantee your first CV draft will be sent to you within 48 hours of placing an order, or we'll refund you the expedited fee
Our team of 30+ professional writers have worked with clients in all industries and at all experience levels. In the (very) rare event that we don't have someone with experience writing in your field, we'll reach out to you after placing an order. Remember, you don't pay us anything until we've completed the first draft of your new CV
We communicate with clients via email and text message. This is done as a matter of efficiency and allows us to offer extremely competitive prices for our services.
This guarantee applies to the Professional Package. If you haven't received any interviews after 60 days from paying for your order, we'll rewrite your CV at no additional cost. You must have applied to at least 10 jobs to qualify.
